Sergio Soldano, an Italian fashion designer, became world known in the 1980's for his way of creating and cutting designs in fur. He dressed famous female stars of the cinema. In 1988 he signed a deal with Intercosma West to create his line of fragrances which includes 'Black' for men (1985), 'Proibito' woman (1991), 'Soldano Jour' woman (1987) and 'Sergio Soldano' for men (brown)(1991).
'Atelier' is presented here in a fabulous round shouldered flacon sitting inside a red-brown coloured plastic casing, topped with a triangular stopper. 'Intercosma' is engraved into the base. This miniature, a design by Sergio Soldano himself, is from the 1990's. |
